By downloading, installing, or using Hummm (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

Hummm is a voice messaging platform that connects people based on shared topics of interest. The service allows users to:

• Create and share topics they'd like to discuss
• Discover other users with similar interests
• Exchange voice messages with other users
• Engage in meaningful conversations

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hummm. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental permission to use the App.

4. Account and Usage

4.1 No Registration Required

Hummm does not require traditional account registration. When you first use the App, a unique identifier is generated for your device.

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Treat other users with respect
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
• Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 Prohibited Content

You may not use Hummm to share:

• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content (unless explicitly allowed)
• Content that violates others' intellectual property rights
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code

5.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the voice messages and content you create. By using Hummm, you grant us a license to store, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Voice messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• We don't sell your data to third parties
• You can delete your account and data at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The Hummm app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to keep Hummm available and functional, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8.2 User Interactions

Hummm is a platform for user-generated content. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or behavior of other users. You interact with other users at your own risk.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hummm and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using Hummm at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of Hummm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hummm.
