We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Hummm account and all associated data, we're here to help.
⚠️ Important: This Action is Permanent
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems. This includes:
- Your profile and topic preferences
- All conversation history
- Any voice messages you've sent or received
- All other associated data
This action cannot be undone.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please send an email to our dedicated account deletion address:
In your email, please include any account identifiers you have (such as your user ID if known). If you don't have any identifiers, that's okay—just let us know you'd like to delete your account and we'll help you identify it.
⏳ What Happens Next?
Once we receive your deletion request:
- We'll confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
- During this 30-day period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible
Alternative Options
Before you go, you might want to consider these alternatives:
- Take a Break: You can simply stop using the app without deleting your account. Your data will remain safe and you can return anytime.
- Delete Individual Conversations: You can delete specific conversations without removing your entire account.
- Adjust Privacy Settings: You can update your privacy preferences within the app.
